Project idea (in English):

Nowadays, an urgent issue is the protection and preservation of the environment, the rational and efficient use of natural resources, the improvement of the state of surrounding, and the reduction of anthropogenic impact on it. One direction, in the context of nature conservation, is the conservation and thoughtful use of water resources, in particular surface waters. A priority component in the protection of surface waters is setting control over compliance with environmental legislation by enterprises that collect, clean, and discharge wastewater into surface water bodies of the Bolekhiv territorial community, in particular of the city Bolekhiv. Currently, there are no treatment facilities in the community, which leads to pollution of surface water bodies and deterioration of their ecological state. Therefore, the aim of our project idea is to improve the ecological situation in Prykarpattia through the construction of treatment facilities in Bolekhiv.
