Project idea (in English):

The use of patient-centric information and communication technology for rehabilitation. Remote monitoring, patient care using telerehabilitation, will ensure the availability of rehabilitation for the patient when it is impossible to visit rehabilitation facilities. Data about the patient will be available in a digital format and ensure the receipt and constant addition of information, control of the patient's health, determination of the prognosis and rehabilitation potential of the rehabilitator. This will ensure improved monitoring of compliance with the recommendations of the rehabilitated, extends the continuity of rehabilitation to persons with disabilities, the elderly and senile, and creates the possibility of managing rehabilitation interventions. With the help of remote monitoring systems, clients can perform diagnostic evaluations and rehabilitation interventions, apply robotic technologies, and collaborate with online materials in a synchronized manner.
