Project idea (in English):

Type of project: 3. Joint actions improving access to long-term care, especially infrastructure development for geriatric care, palliative and hospice care as well as family addressed actions in this context and community-based services Investment component: - modernisation of the nursing and care ward (replacement of floors, installation of ventilation, replacement of doors, installation of window blinds, modernisation of bathrooms window blinds, modernisation of bathrooms, smoothing of walls, painting of walls); - purchase of 3 patient lifts; - purchase of oxygen concentrators approx. 6 pcs; - purchase of electric beds and bedside tables - purchase of blood pressure monitors; - purchase of office and nursing/surgery room furniture. Non-investment activities: joint training and courses, preparation of de-institutionalisation strategies and approaches as well as testing developed innovative solutions
