Project idea (in English):

Expert support of primary care in war-affected regions in the following directions: 1. Mobile teams providing advanced screening for the main life-threatening diseases (cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes, HIV, hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis) and management of chronic conditions. 2. Strengthening the capacity of local primary care providers in advanced technologies of screening and management of the most common health conditions 3. Ensuring a safe medical environment in supported primary care facilities by the provision of IPC (infection prevention and control) and WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) essentials.
