We kindly inform you about the update of the Programme Manual. Regular projects – part I. Application.
The current, valid version 2 dated 27.06.2023

In response to repeated questions from applicants, we have clarified the provisions in the following sections of the Manual:

• p. 6.4 – Annex A12. Environmental Impact Assessment
• p. 7.3 and 7.4 – quality assessment and approval of the project
• p. 8.2 – scheme of timeframe for eligibility of costs
• p. 9.6 – costs in budget category ‘Infrastructure and works’
