The Women's Interaction NGO supports women in our region in various formats: - trainings - mentoring support - ensuring economic sustainability, etc. Currently, we are implementing projects in rural areas - we are creating mini-farms for the full cycle of quail breeding in the format of a social enterprise. We are also creating resource centers to support communities in updating development strategies, writing projects for the development of territories and human potential. We are working on developing effective communication, countering disinformation, and fighting fakes (young people and self-government bodies). We are currently preparing an online course with sign language interpretation on this topic. We are also implementing digital literacy courses for the elderly. We are looking for partners to scale up these projects and adopt the best Polish practices in these areas: - strategy development - training teams to implement regional development projects - social entrepreneurship and everything related to it - digital literacy for older people and soft skills for young people.
