We propose to make a project on the construction and filling of the "Citizen Safety and Environmental Protection Center" in Rivne with special equipment that will allow simulating various emergency situations, such as: floods, earthquakes, fires (including forest fires), chemical and radiation threats with using the latest computer technologies and visualizing the possible consequences of human negligence and conducting regular training for members of society on first-priority actions in all possible emergency situations.
